Zlatan Ibrahimovic has urged Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri to play Filippo Inzaghi on a more regular basis this season, as he feels that they can forge a very strong partnership together up front.

The veteran striker was in sensational midweek form, scoring a brace as a second half substitute, to give Milan the lead over Real Madrid in the Champions League.Ibrahimovic, who believes he has more freedom with Inzaghi alongside him, desperately wants his coach to play the veteran ahead of the Brazilian trio Pato, Ronaldinhdo and Robinho.
"Pippo is incredible," Ibrahimovic said. "He deserves to play more often because he is doing well, and when you play well, you should start. Plus, I feel more freedom when I play with him, whereas when I'm with the Brazilians, I'm forced to play inside the box."
